Rooms available at the Crowne Plaza
The Crowne Plaza, our overflow hotel, is located just 1 block south of the Hilton. They have the following rooms available at a special convention rate:
Double/Double - $108
Junior Suite with King size bed and pull out sofa - $146
Single rooms with 1 bed - $84

- On the Left Hand Side you will see an Option to Book Your Dates Box with the Block Rate Listed
- Type in or Choose from the Provided Calendar the Dates currently Blocked (i.e. Check In: 02/24/12; Check Out: 02/26/12)
- At the Bottom of this Box you will see Group Code, Click on this, a Empty Box will appear, you will need to pass on the Group Code: PCT, Place this Code in the Empty Box
- Click on the “View Rates” Box. The Next Screen will Pop Up Showing your Discounted Block Rates for certain type of rooms.
- Click on “Book this Room” and Continue Booking the Room Needed.
Hilton Hotel Information
PCTC is glad to announce that room reservations at the Hilton Harrisburg are now active for the 2012 convention. We encourage all churches to book their rooms at the Hilton. This is the convention’s main location and the Hilton cuts us breaks on meeting space because of the room block we use. Please consider booking your rooms with them and help the convention keep this great relationship working well.

Once you are on the Hilton site booking a room is simple. To begin the process, click on “Book a Room” to receive the PCTC’s preferred rate.
Any cancellation of rooms before January 10th will incur no cancellation fee. Any cancellation of rooms after January 11th will incur a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax for each room reserved.
Please indicate the name of your church on each reservation. Failure to do so will limit the Hilton’s ability to place all rooms with your church in the same area of the Hotel. Cots are $10 extra per night and we can only put one cot in each room. Please indicate on the reservation if a cot is required.
The Hilton has the following numbers of rooms on each floor: 16 rooms with 2 double beds (D2), 10 rooms with King beds (K1) and two rooms with King beds w/ fold out sofa bed (K1DRQ). The king rooms with the sofa beds do not connect to any other rooms, there are two on each floor, and are located at the opposite ends of each hallway.
